Prebuilt. Start to finish.
These are my seven complete courses, each one already sequenced start to finish. The Full Build has run twice for ACCES Employment. The others are built on it, and three are open now. Pick the one that fits your people and you're done.
Every in-person course runs 2, 3, 4 or 5 days. Prices are starting points. Tell me your group, your site and your funding, and we'll build to it.
For context: Ontario Skills Development Fund training projects in 2026 run about $4,800 to $9,400 per participant. My courses start around $375 per participant for classroom-only Building Across Borders, and about $800 to $1,000 per participant for the 2-day hands-on courses.
The Full Build
Foundation to finish, every trade that touches a house. Day 1 is foundations, Day 2 is six trade stations with tools in every hand, plus Shop Talk (new, launching soon): a studio interview with a certified tradesperson and a live Q&A with them. Add days to go deeper. Delivered twice for ACCES Employment, funded by the Government of Ontario.
Building Across Borders
For people who already know construction from back home. Six sessions that turn that experience into Canadian trade titles, a certification plan, a resume and a job search. I recommend adding the 2 hands-on days so everyone finishes with tools in hand.
Rebuild After Flood & Fire
Once the restoration crew signs it off as dry, somebody has to put the house back. Two to five days in person: drywall, flooring, doors, trim, and the laundry room, because that's usually where it started. The rebuild, not the remediation, from someone with 15 to 20 insurance rebuilds behind him.
Sending a few new hires? Send them to the Flood Rebuild Bootcamp instead.
Flood Rebuild Bootcamp
Your newer guys, in a training room I purpose-built for flood rebuilds in Hammond, Ontario. Safety and tools first, then studs to trim: insulation and vapour, drywall, mud and paint, cabinets and sink, flooring and trim. Every wall is staged at a different step, so they do the whole rebuild in two days. Fewer callbacks, faster jobs. Plus a one-day version for adjusters.
Foreman to Owner
Being great on the tools and running a business are two different jobs. Eleven lessons and weekly live calls. You finish with your business set up in a binder.
Tiny Home University
Learn to build a tiny home from home, then spend a week living in one at Hammond Hill and building one with the Small Living Co. crew.
Factory to Foundation
The full modular course. Ten video lessons and weekly live calls, then the two hands-on days. Takes people with no experience to job-ready for a modular plant or set-day crew.
Colleges: Tiny Home University also runs as the Tiny Home 2-Day Intensive for a class or program intake.
Build a custom program.
Pick 1 to 5 days and tick the modules your people need. The builder lays out every day in teaching order and shows a starting price as you go. Send it to me and you get a real agenda and quote within one business day.
Applying for funding? Say so in the builder and I'll send a budget sheet and a letter of support with the quote.
The meal or the ingredients.
A signature course is the whole meal. I've already picked the pieces and put them in order. You book it as is.
A module is one ingredient: one topic, 2 to 4 hours. Run one on its own, or stack a few into a program built around your people. See all 61 →
Either way, you pick how it's taught: in person, live from my studio, or a mix.
