You bring the credential. I bring the build.
61 ready-to-teach modules, each with learning outcomes and a check-off, and the real tiny home builds your students will actually talk about.
Written and taught by someone who's done the jobs. Almost 30 years in the trades. Ontario Certificate of Qualification (Floor Covering Installer), HRAI Indoor Air Quality, 15 to 20 insurance rebuilds, general contracting since 2012. Two Ontario-funded cohorts delivered for ACCES Employment.
I've done every job I teach. And since 2025, Collège La Cité students have built three tiny homes with my company, Small Living Co.

Three homes. Two summers.
Since 2025, Collège La Cité students have built three towable tiny homes with Small Living Co., my company, over two summer sessions. My crew works alongside them on things like spray foam and siding. Not a mock-up. A product people buy. Small Living Co. sold the first mobile tiny home through Home Depot Canada.

Who owns what. I keep ownership of the curriculum; you get the right to teach it on your campuses for the licence term. The licence agreement is with my lawyer now. I'll send you the draft with the sample module.
Code and province. Built around the Ontario Building Code and OHSA. Outside Ontario I teach your province's version.
The paperwork. AIM Project Management o/a Aaron Markel Builds, HST registered, $3M liability insurance (I'll name the college as additional insured), WSIB, and a current vulnerable sector check.
