How booking works

From first email to first day.

Who you're training, how many, where, and what they need to walk away with. The form at the bottom of every page comes straight to me.

Get a plan

Within 48 hours you get a one-page outline and a quote. If it helps, we set up a short video call. The more the form tells me, the faster and sharper the quote.

Train

In person, I show up with the tools, materials, PPE and handouts. Remote, I teach live from my studio.

Certify

Every participant gets a certificate, and you get a short wrap-up on how the group did.

Words you'll see on this site

Quick glossary.

Signature course: A complete, prebuilt course. Booked as is.
Module: One topic, 2 to 4 hours. The building blocks for a custom program.
C, H and 2D codes: C = classroom or online module. H = hands-on module, tools in hand. 2D = a two-day in-person course.
Cohort: One group going through a course together, usually 15 to 25 people.
Live from the studio: I teach live on Zoom or Teams from my studio, with one camera on me and one on the bench.
Hybrid: I teach live on screen while your local facilitator runs the stations with a kit I ship ahead.
Certificates: Digital Learner (self-paced), Completion (instructor-led) or Practical Training (tools in hand). Issued by Aaron Markel Builds, not a provincial ticket.
Licence: Your own instructors teach my modules. Start with 10, $4,000 a year per campus.
Specialty programs: Programs for one kind of group: schools, the North, the Caribbean and custom video.
