Show kids the trades before they pick a path.
Most high school students never hear that a trade can mean real money, real skills and their own business one day. Nobody shows them. I walked onto my first site knowing nothing — I tell them exactly how I got from there to here, and then I get them measuring, marking and laying out with real hand tools while I run the power tools.
Built for high schools, school boards, youth employment programs and community organizations working with youth who need a door opened.

The Talk + Pathways
My story, what the trades actually pay, and the real ways in — co-op, apprenticeship, Red Seal, starting your own thing. Assembly, classroom or gym.
Hands-On Trades Day
Safety first, then measuring, marking and layout with real hand tools. Power tools are demonstrated by the instructor behind a marked perimeter — students handle them with the battery and blade removed. Groups of 20–25, with two of your staff in the room.

Tell me who you're training, how many, and where. I'll tell you straight what makes sense: a cohort, a few short courses, a talk, or nothing at all. You'll hear back within one business day.
